Read more...You hear that? That is the sound of me breathing a sigh if relief. Are you askiing yourself why? I know you are, so let me tell you why. I get home from work and the C's are all about, C1 feeling a bit better but still has a fever, but he did eat some today so that makes me feel better, C2 was coloring pictures and C3 was running around the house with socks on and sliding everywhere. C4, the little man was just sitting around on the floor watching mommy T fold some clothes. Snack came and went with no issues, but after that things were about to change. For some reason C3 LOVES to change clothes multiple times during the day. The problem is when she does this she leaves her clothes all over the place in her room. So I found her in her room changing and I asked why (ok I am a dumbass, asking my newly crowned 3 yr old why is she changing clothes) and she says "I pee'd in my panties" ok and I ask where are they, oh daddy they are right here as she throws them at my face and I gave her the warning to place them in the laundry or time-out, lets say she went to time-out. Next came the screaming serenade of her crying that she didn't want to brush her teeth and the yells of "MOMMY" from her room got louder and louder until she calmed down and brushed. That is the normalcy is love about my house. We had a nice story time and then the C's went to bed. I am starting to get a little f-ing jealous of not being the "Wanted tucker inner". Mommy T is the "Wanted tucker inner" Fine whatever babe you can be the "Tucker Inner" but I am the "Story Time Reader" Got it!!!!◦
Finally back to normal???

Read more...Sitting in bed watching ESPN after doing my Wii Workout, and wondering what to post about tonight. Yeah ESPN and bed..nothing better, well there is alot better but this is a family blog and my first two resolutions keep me from saying too much. So that brings me to this, what is so great about being a guy? There are so many things that I can not even imagine covering all of them tonight so I am going to pick some of my favorites. Let's start with being married, some people say that it is better to be single and I disagree. Being single means you have to go out looking for someone to hook up with and not knowing if that will ever happen. Being married at least I know that I will eventually get lucky, maybe not tonight or tomorrow but eventually she will give in. Having kids, this is awesome, I mean we have to grow up when we get married and when the kids come along it just gives us the chance to be kids again. Ok to be dirty for a moment, as guys we have been given the chance to pee anywhere were please and not feel out of place. Food is another reason. We can take a big ol nasty burger and inhale it and that is ok, women try doing that and you look silly. The doctor dept., if we get a male doctor, it is ok because we expect that and won't feel let down, get a woman doctor and hell yeah, jackpot. I would say that it is great that guys don't have to have babies, but you are reading about a guy that has had, wow, seems like a million kidney stones, yeah thats right, try getting a boulder out of the little pee pee holem NOT FUN!!! I know, I know squeeze a baby out, whatever, get a penis and try to piss out a mountain size rock. See there are just a few examples of why it is so awesome to be a guy. Don't get me wrong, guys don't exist without the ladies but like T.O. once said "I love me some me". So on that note I say goodnight and I am going to try to go to sleep and not wake up T, because I also know as a guy, one thing we don't want to do is wake up a sleeping wife. I might not be the smartest guy around but as all the Alabama folks say "I isn't no dummy" (No offense Alabama just a shot at you since the TEXAS {UT] LONGHORNS are going to spank your Crimson Tide ass all over the Rose Bowl Stadium in the BCS Championship game)◦
I love me some me

Read more...Well today was a back to work Monday and thank heaven for 7-11, what does that have to do with anything? NOTHING!!! It rhymed that's about it. I was so glad to get home tonight back to my T and the 4 C's, even though she was happy for me to go back to work. If there is anything T hates, it is having the C's off schedule and holidays do that. So let's just say the wife was ready to get back to full time mommy mode and get me outta here. C1 is still feeling under the weather and has a fever. Now any parent feels bad when the kids are sick, and I get a bad feeling in my stomach when the kids are sick and I am at work and can't do a thing about it. Now I don't know if anyone feel like this but I feel bad in different ways depending on which kid is sick. Our kids don't get sick alot (T says it is breastfeeding and who am I to argue) but when they do it is pretty obvious.....except for C1. He is a real trooper, he tries to fight through it and not tell us, we have to look for signs and watch him. We didn't know he was feeling bad Sunday until he just looked out of it and tired and we felt him and he was burning up.....never said a word to us about feeling bad. So gd mfer, he is still feeling rough today. I was so ready to leave work tonight so I could maybe stop and get something for C1 to help get him better, he wanted a frosty and some nuggets and normally we do a great job of the kids eating healthy but that is what he wanted and I was gonna stop for him. I got frosty's for all the C's (well not C4-he can have frosty ninny juice) and nuggets too. C3 liked to dip her nuggets in the frosty and C1 and C2 just had the frosty's. Got all the teeth brushed and kids into C1& C2's room for storytime tonight which was "I Love You Sleepyhead" a telling tale of animals and how they go to sleep. Not on the best sellers list but the kids liked it......all but C1, he was already out in his bed....tired, drained, still hot and I am still hating it...kinda getting teared up thinking about him feeling like this, he is just so drained...that is the best way I can put it. I am done with that, need to think happy thoughts.
Hey here is a happy, funny thought. (as T would agree) So I got the Wii Fit for Christmas and decided tonight would be the first night of my working out with it. Let me just say to the people of Wii, you programming people are liars, it said I was 3 years younger than I really am, and I felt 10 years older when doing this thing. I have been running 1 mile outside in the cold but I ran in place for 10 minutes which turned out to be 1.4 miles and that seemed to be alot harder. I did some hula hoop, boxing, push ups and some other shit that wore me out for 30 minutes. Ohhhhh T, can you come rub me tonight, lets see what she says....she gave me a look and said "you rub me" Can't I even get a rub down?◦

Read more...Ok when does a dad start to worry about his only daughter getting older? Well not today!! My sweet, vibrant, loud, exciting and man I could go on all day......(yeah I was thinking about it but I won't). Ok back to where I was, my beautiful C3 turned 3 today. Your childs birthday is always an excting day and what a better way to celebrate it than to have a party at (drum roll) the only place where a kid can be a kid, you got it Chuck E Cheese. Now before I give all the credit in the world to my awesome wife T for her great party planning, I wan't everyone to know that I HATE that place, I have never liked that place, it is always crazy crowed, filled with germs and some parents will run you over faster than the kids. Now with that being said, since it is the Sunday after Christmas T thought (well she actually knew) the place wouldn't be that crowed and like I just said she was correct, the place was empty for the most part and we set up our tables and didn't even use the party stuff that the place provides. Why pay for that stuff when you can get your own set up. T got all 175 coupons out and set up her game plan. The kids were off and running, C3 was riding all the little rides and playing games, C2 was having fun as well and C1 well he was having fun but he wasn't feeling good so hetried his best to hang in there. Most of our very good friends were there and I thank them for that. I know she liked seeing her friends and T and I also enjoyed seeing our friends also. I saw of my good friends that I don't see to often so that was nice to shoot the shit with them also. T's best friend LM took pictures for us and I did a little camcording. C3's Nanny and Paw Paw, Nana, Aunt Bing Bing, Uncle E and all her friends at a empty Chuck E Cheese, wow I am impressed T you have once again thrown a great party for one of our kids. Pizza was ok, you know the kind of pizza you eat alot of and say it isn't that bad until you get home and your stomach start hurting and I wont go into details. Cupcakes made by the party planner of the year T seemed to be a hit. Gifts, well she loved her gifts, she got some clothes, some toys, some books and I think that was about it. Oh Money, can't for get about the money. The games, oh god the games kids and parents and grandparents were going crazy with tokens and tickets and a certain Paw Paw couldn't drag himself away from the Alien game. I think everyone had a great time and I for one was proved wrong that you can have a good bday at that place. Not that we are doing that again!!! But T you were right and I love you for being so positive. C3 I am so glad that you had a great day today and now you are the big 3. I loved seeing you smile all day and having fun. You will always be my little Princess. Love Daddy◦

I fell out at the mall on Saturday in the dollar store while C1's mommy was shopping. I lost my partner in crime (you know destroying food) a while back and ever since then I have been kind of alone up on top here. You know the old saying "It's lonely at the top" It might be hard for you to understand what I am saying but it is hard to do my job by myself, so I decided it would be best for both me and my owner C1 if I just broke loose and gave him the room for the big boys to come in. And then it happened, next thing I know I am lying on some dirty floor, and it was off to tooth heaven. Well as C1's dad I was excited for him to lose his other top front tooth, but he wasn't so happy about it. The stuff like blood and seeing it fall out and all that kind of stuff dosn't bother him but the fact that it was now going to be harder for him to eat was a concern for him. No top front teeth at all and C1 is smart enough to know that it was going to be a problem and I hated seeing the look of disapointment in his face. He really didn't even care that he would be getting a visit that night by the Tooth Fairy. All he cared about was that he couldn't go on about his same everyday business. Now as a dad I felt so bad for him. But as long as he knows that his big boy teeth are going to come in and he will have both at the top soon and he can eat all the stuff he loves to eat. And come to find out today that he has had a fever and really wasn't himself today and to add that along with trouble eating and you have a tired, stressed little guy. T gave him some meds and I will be wondering about him all night and all day at work on Monday. I love you C1 and feel better.◦

Wow so I am sorry that I missed Fridays Final Thoughts last night but Christmas Day was a very long day.Let me try to wrap up 3 days into 1 post (a cliff notes version). I worked on Christmas Eve, got off early went to Sams to pick up a gift and then to Chick Fil A for Christmas Day food. This Daddy, T and the 4 C's then went over to T's Aunt Bing Bings and Uncle N's. The kids Nanny and Paw Paw also went. It was nice this year. The kids had a great time. So after that we brought the 4 C's home and they had some hot cocoa in cups that they got from Nanny and Paw Paw and then the Night Before Christmas was read to them on a pre-recorded book by Nanny and Paw Paw. The kids were so excited for the arrival of Santa that they left out cookies that they made and hot cocoa and also some reindeer food.
Christmas Day got here fast and very early as C1 gave a wake up call to us in our bed which was now occupied by C2, C3, C4 oh and T and I. We actually stayed in bed until 7:30 or so and then the gree for all was on. The older C's made way into the other room and started going over and playing with the gifts from Santa. My T, the best wife made a great breakfast caserole for us to eat that morning. It was C4's first Christmas and I know he couldn't thought to much about all the stuff around him except that there was alot of stuff around him and he watched his brothers and sister have fun and parade around the house. Now with 3 C's running around the house and a gi-gan-tic amount of presents around the kids could not figure out what to play with next, but they did manage to open everything and go crazy over just about everyting. Christmas Day overall was a great day, a day with my awesome wife, my fantastic 4 C's, and the parents of This Daddy and T's mom as well and the cool Uncle E. So the family was together and that was a nice way to spend the day. So to my 4 C's if you happen to look back on this one day when you are older, remember how happy you were C1 with the Buzz Lightyear in a box, the Pizza Planet Alien game, C2 the Scooter and the Gator Golf, C3 the pretty pink Scotter and your Zhu Zhu pet, C4 a musical block party and some magnetic shapes. T got everything she asked for this year. (Well she did buy it all herself). I had a gift that added 2 years to my life. Only if you live by the life of Wii, I got the Wii fit and it actually said I was 3 years younger, pretty funny. My favorite gifts were all of my UT (University of Texas) gear, couple hats and couple shits. Those are for the BCS National Championship game in a couple weeks. Kids I hope you enjoyed your day, I know it is crazy and overwhelming but I still hope you enjoyed it.
After a nice night of sleep, we got up today, started cleaning or moving stuff and got ready to go see Alvin and the Chipmunks with Nanny and Paw Paw. Dinner tonight was a test to me because I am still trying to learn to have patience and I am a slow learner. I forget my kids are just that, and they are going to go nuts having to sit somewhere for too long. They ate and then we came home and started getting ready for C3's big day on Sunday the 27th. I hope everyone had a great Christmas and I am tired so I will finish tomorrow. Here is a teaser for you, Take a bite out of it, C3's big day, and going to a place that is not on my favorite list of places go.◦

Read more...Nice, here it is late Tuesday night a few nights from Christmas and I am sitting up in the bed with C4 sleeping next to me and my sweet T is in the other room on her computer working on her blog. I know everyone I had to give her some time to work on her blog http://www.mycrazy4.blogspot.com/ since she seems to be always helping me with mine. I am addicted to this s**t. I was wondering what to blog about tonight as I began this but I had several things running through my mind. (Speaking of running, another S**T, I didn't get my fat lazy ass out there tonight) I got home later tonight after making some stops, could write about that, or should I pick another thing about T and hammer it out since she 1 uped me on the blog battle of right to own many slings or my right to own many hats, nope. Tonight I am going to give thanks to a mother & wife named Molly at http://www.thesnyder5.blogspot.com/ who had something on her blog about cleaning her clutter. I give her thanks for the reason that I call home to talk to T after I leave my 12 hour a day job which is an hour away from home to have her tell me she read Mollys blog and now she is cleaning out crap from everywhere. This is awesome, we have alot of crap and not all of it is in C4 cloth diapers. I hear "put that in the garbage, throw that away" I am wondering what is she getting rid of now? The C's are freaking out as I hear T telling them "NO Garbage" Ok so at this point I am still feeling good about what I will be comming home to. So yes Molly at this point I am still thanking you. I get home walk in the door to find a large garbage bag of stuff that she has cleaned out of cabinets and she shows me a bag and tells me "Get this bag out of here and put this crap where it belongs" I am now focused on the bag of trash and talking to myself and I say to myself of course "What is in the bag?" So I do what any loving, handsome, strong, educated (should I go on?) husband should do, I ask "Hey honey whats in the bag, what of mine did you get rid of?" "Don't worry about it, just get it out of here" she says. I ask again and I get the same answer. So it went to the garbage and now I am at the point where I am not thanking Molly so much. I will wonder for days now about which items of mine are gone? Thanks Molly I might have lost my extra bolt to something I never finished putting together. I might have some business card of someone I will never do business with in the garbage. I lost a beer glass that I have not used in the past year since I quit drinking. Why me, what did I do to deserve this? I will be better off because of the clutter free cabinets in the kitchen but for now I am still down in the dumps because I lost items and I have no idea of what the hell the items were. But whatever. Women are funny in the way that since T read Mollys blog she got right into cleaning clutter, where as if she didn't read it, she would be cleaning something else. Guys would have moved it from one spot to another and say we cleaned it. So again I could have gone over how many shoes, sandals, flip flops, heels, flats, slippers my wife has but she kicked my blogging arse earlier today over the sling issue so I am going to leave her alone....for now. But do me a favor, if you are at a landfill or dump and you see something with my name on it or some worthless item ,keep me in mind and remember that used to belong to me. Now if you will excuse me I have to watch my dvr'd episodes of Hoarders and Clean Sweep on TLC. Goodnight◦

Read more...Well today was a nice and easy going Sunday. Something happened today that has not happened in a long time and I have not told T yet but I will before we go to sleep but I thank her so much for letting me watch the game today while she and the C's went shopping. Everyone knows I love the Atlanta Falcons and love to watch football but as a father and a husband I need to put that aside most of the time because I am only home 2 days a week. I got to watch the whole game and got to escape reality for a bit. I did do alot of cleaning while everyone was gone, laundry and other stuff and I hope that helped out some. The best part of the game was when T and the C's came home and I had C4 sitting on my lap and we got to see the Falcons win the game. The C's bought me a Texas Longhorn balloon today and I am going to keep it and get it refilled for the BCS National Title Game. T's mom (the C's Nana) came out to the house today to see the kids and bring us some stuff we got for the C's for Christmas. So the house got clean and the Falcons won and T got stuff done she needed to and that makes today a good day. Dinner was a challange though because we ate later tonight and the C's we running on empty so that made it hard and my patience ran low but weut did make it and they ate a good meal that T made us. Probably the most difficult thing I did today was stuff the hell out of these cloth diapers. I mean not only do you have to wash them, dry them and then to top it off you have to stuff them. Can the people that make these thing pre stuff them. Oh and yeah did I mention that t came home and brought up that you have to double stuff them. WTF are you kidding me. She did tell me that it was ok she would stuff them again, she is the best. As Christmas draws near C1, C2 and C3 we so excited to go to the $$$ Store to get the gifts for their friends CM and CM (I know it is almost as confusing as keeping up with our C's) for the gift exchange. T and the C's have a Christmas party tomorrow, man she is always so busy and I will never figure out how she manages to keep it all together. My parents who live in Va. (the C's Nanny and PawPaw) sent us an email with pic's of the 15 or so inches of snow they got over the weekend. Man I would love to have even half of that here, the kids would love to go sledding and flying down our driveway on some home made snowboards. So as I sit in bed and get ready for so sleep I think about the day, Falcons WIN, and I love it when certain teams lose, the Packers, Vikings being the main 2. There were alot of good games on today. So I hope everyone has a good Holiday week.◦

I missed most of the trip from the house to Stone Mountain because like I do most anytime I get in the Nascar Minivan (T is faster than #48) I seem to fall asleep. We got there and T found us a great front row spot to park. (this came in ver handy later in the day for me and evening for us) So we got the C's who were layered about 2 or 3 times and put the hats, jackets, gloves on and I grabbed the stroller and what seemed like a hundred bags of stuff and we were on our way. So we go in and our first order of business was to go watch the Polar Express in 4D. So we park the stroller and T has C4 in the snuggly wrap carrier thing and C1, C2, C3 and I are following her right along into the theater. I am a little aggravated right now since I am trying to cart around a backpack, camera bag and a drink bag. Then having to get in there with all of this and still managing to have to serve pizza out that we brought from home. Lets just say I can't handle anything without blowing up or stressing out. The C's loved the movie and then we got out and it was raining and our stroller was wet and we finally finished eating and I mad a run to the van to trade out items. The C's made Christmas list and got to put them in a big mailbox for Santa and C1 even made one for C4. Got to see a cute little singing show and then the Christmas Parade with the Snow Princess and Santa and his better half. You know I am sure even Santa has to bow down to the Mrs. By the time the Parade was over the C's were frozen and wet and tired and ready to go. C3 was the worst off, she was so miserable and she was crying so we were trying to rush the kids to the van and T being the concerned mommy wanted to stop inside somewhere warm and let her thaw for a minute or two and I just wanted to hurry them to the van. We lets just say T and I had our little Jon and Kate moment there and we know who won those don't we Kate fans!!! Well it all ended well as we all got to the van and T and C3 and C4 warmed up while I took C1 and C2 to play in the ball barn. So on the way home now C4 decided to sing us Christmas tunes for almost all the way home (Crying and Screaming them, kinda out of tune. I have to say I know it didn't go as well as planned today but I think the kids had a good time and it will be a day for us all to remember. As always I love my T and the 4 C's.◦

I got this email in my inbox this morning about ROLE MODELS. I thought it was funny because I just did a post about Athletes as ROLE MODELS the other day. Read and enjoy and learn.
Are your kids falling into the trap of seeing professional athletes as role models? I hope you are encouraging them to view these people as great role models for how to play the sport, while at the same time showing them that they may not be good role models for how to lead a responsible life.
Now might be a good time to have a conversation about role models:
"I see you really like the way Tiger Woods plays the game of golf. I bet you like the way he prepares both physically and mentally. He sets a good example for this. Kobe Bryant is also a good role model for competitive basketball playing.
What kind of an example do you think they are setting about how to be a great dad, a loving husband, and an honest, responsible person? Can you think of some good role models for character? Tell me what they do that makes them good role models.
I hope that when you study people you look at their character. If so, maybe you'll never get trapped into believing that being a good athlete, musician, or performer automatically makes you a great person.
My wish for you is that you grow up to be somebody's model for honesty, caring, and responsibility. If so, you won't have to face the public humiliation that Tiger Woods and others have faced when their real character became known."◦

Read more...Ok I know another post. This one is my nightly recap of the events of the C's, T and This Daddy. I am on my way home from work and I make my nightly call home as I drive and I hear the very loud sound of a.....Whistle!!! Yes a whistle. T took the kids to a Christmas party hosted today by the Natural Mothering group or I might call them the Natural Mothering Mafia. Do it their way or the highway. Natural Mothering, o-k that is post for a different time, T might get her Mafia Mothers after me. Back to the main point, the kids recieved these goody bags and one of the mothers who probably has a degree in parenting gave the kids whistles!!! Why on earth give kids whistles, oh yeah because they are not going home with YOU! I am on the phone and I hear whistle after whistle and I am wondering what sporting event is taking place at my home? Fast forward........I get home and I hear T going off about the silly putty and where is it and why is it in here and on here, only to show me that C1 has his jeans in the freezer because he sat on the putty. Then the crossing guard C3 goes by me blowing the whistle and screaming and yelling something. T told me to leave her alone and dont bother her as I tried to give her the "Honey Im home back rub". "Dont touch me" I was laughing and she didn't think I was too funny. C2 was in the other room looking at Toy Story stuff and C1 was eating his snack and I was holding C4. Teeth got brushed tonight with NO drama, NONE at all. So Sa-Weet when that happens. I read the C's and T a Christmas book and we discussed different things about the book and what would the kids like to give other children that didn't get gifts. C1 says he wants to get something from the $ store and C2 says NOTHING, usual response from him and C3 says Strawberry Shortcake stuff. C4 I think was pointing to his main source of food, but I don;t think T want's to hand that out. Now the great time of the night- T and I get to watch Nancy Grace (hang me now) and she is discussing......Yeah you got it Tiger and his flock of women he has slept with. T is letting me have it, since my boy has cheated on his wife, multiple times. I get so much grief for having a athlete crush on Tiger that it is like I knew he was doing this. Funny, guys are all jerks for cheating but when the woman cheats it is still us guys fault because we must have drove them to it. Yeah. T actually takes it easy on me considering that I have athlete crushes on Kobe and Tiger and Charles Barkley, 3 know cheaters. Pattern there? Now she it torturing me with the Duggers (dont care if it is spelled right or wrong) but I make her watch alot of crap she doesn't want to. Guess we are even. She keeps talking to me aobut the show and I am typing this as she talks and I just look and laugh. Well it has been a full night so amybe tomorrow will be just as fun.◦
Hear that? If not I am surprised
Read more...It is a little after 10:30 and do you know where your kids are? I hope so. I ask that because lately C3 has become a late night visitor of the bathroom. It is actually funny because T and I tuck the C's in bed and then head to our room. Give it about 10-15 minutes and you can find her in the bathroom. Small problem..she doesn't want me in there and only want's T in there to finish up the job. Now another problem is that she sits in there for a LONG time, like 30+ minutes. T and I were talking tonight about if she is doing it on purpose or not. Another problem....you cant tell her not to do it or get mad at her, then she might not want to go at all. So we let her just hang out at the new night spot and we wait for her to call and help her and then she goes right back to bed. The best thing about it is that since she has been doing this she hasn't needed a pull up and has not had an accident in her bed..(knock on wood)◦
Do you know where your kids are?
Read more...Yes guys the answer is yes! Women are tougher than Men, alot tougher. Let's even leave the pushing a baby part out of the argument conversation. I am referring to my latest battle which I am not even over yet. I am talking about being sick with the Whine Flu. I have been sick since Sunday and really hope I get over it soon because I don't want to get any of the C's or T sick. So while I am being a big baby and not helping T out at all the past few days, I am left here to think about why women are tougher than men. Well see guys I know there are lots of things that we can do that make us tough. We build things (I can't), we fix things(I break), we do plumbing (I will be doing the kids toilet this weekend-I will need help), we repair cars (I can hardly drive), we hunt (something I have never done-but want to). My point is this, guys while we do all these things, once we get sick we turn into the biggest babies. (I wanted to say another word that starts with a P) We want to lay around and not do anything and be catered to. Basically we become another child. Now take our wives into consideration, they do alot of things to make them tough and remember to leave the delivering a baby part out. What do our wives do when they get sick?.......They do EVERYTHING. They never miss a beat, taking care of the kids, house us men and still manage to cook us a dinner. Women don't know how to slow down and rest and the reason is that they don't have time. T does it all, breakfast, lunch and dinner and mix in a little homeschool, breast feeding, laundry and did I mention everything else!!!! So fella's I know you may not agree but when it comes to this I think the women have us beat. Ladies remember this.......Guys need you all to take care of us and make us better. ◦
Are Women tougher than Men?
Read more...It is Tuesday but this post is covering Monday and the overnight. So I was a BIG A**HOLE to T last night when I got home from work for no reason at all. I earn the LVJ-Least Valueable Jerk Award and it is only Monday night. I get home feeling sick (NO EXCUSE) and I am no help to her at all. Didn't clean a thing, didn't do a thing to help with the kids and to top it off I acted like the BIGGEST LVJ around. I am sorry to you babe for that because you do nothing but take care of us all and never complain and never slow down when you are sick (You are the energizer mommy) and I was nasty to you last night and I am sorry. I love you and will think before my actions next time. Still not feeling well today, but that doesn't compare to how my little C2 is feeling. He woke up around 3 am and came to our room and then went running for the kitchen where he got sick and had a high fever. T gave him some stuff to help and then he had some water and came back to our bed to finally go to sleep and I think T had said he felt cooler in the morning around 5 or 6 am. I hope she got to sleep in a little bit today. Yeah right 4 C's doubt it but maybe. Before she came to bed last night she added some great photos to her blog page and wrapped some gifts for the C's who are ready to see some gifts under the tree. I had 2 can of chicken soup last night and I swear it tasted like it was the best in the world and on a night when I was sick T had to go and make her chili. I love her chili and couldn't even eat any. I was pissed. We layed in bed for a bit and talked about who the bigger losers were Tiger Woods or the women who he was with. I fell asleep sometime while she was on her blog and then she came to bed and hopefully got some rest before the C2 deal happened. I love you honey T and hope I feel better later so I can give you the foot/back rub you deserve.◦
Give me the LVJ of the Week Award

From the get go this morning we were so out of sorts. Woke up late, which meant kids were eating breakfast late which I missed because I felt like I had the swine flu this morning. Ok so more like the whine flu since I am always a big baby whenever I don't feel good and I felt crappy this morning, and so did C2, he came back to be with me and rested for a while and I finally got up about 11:30. I was able to compose myself enough to help T with some laundry and some cleaning while she and C1 got his school stuff ready for the week. Even though I took the whole morning off today she let me relax and watch the Falcons-Saints game while the C's helped me shred some old bills. They had fun doing that. C2 had a rough day later in the afternoon as he didn't feel good at all and seemed to be in alot of pain but with a bath and Mommy's care he seemed to feel better by dinner time. T then had the kids help her wrap some presents and then it was my turn to do the same. They really enjoyed that and drove us both crazy while we did it, but isn't that part of the fun? Mommy did a great job tonight reading the Shoe Maker and the Elves and the kids listened and liked it. So finally after getting a dead fish out of the tank and getting C4 to sleep.......ok so I didn't do the 2nd thing but I was right here in bed while T got him to sleep so that counts a little bit...but anyways I am now sitting in bed watching the football game hoping I win because if I do than T makes it into the playoff's for the 2nd year in a row. So ladies and gentlemen remember there are only how many shopping days left to christmas? Ask T she knows, she reminds me daily and I can never remember. And while my fat lazy arse didn't get out and run at all this weekend I am sitting here thinking about eating some cookies....nah nevermind...God don't I sound like a woman...Shut up T and LM, I know you are both saying yes. And with that I am going to try and get my wonderful wife to come to bed and rub my back......check back tomorrow to see if that happened. Odds are not in my favor.◦
