Resolution #4 of 5 for 2010
Let's go back over Resolutions #1, 2 & 3
1. Be a better Father
2. Be a better Husband
3. Be Happy and Positive
Next is:
Resolution #4 Get Healthy. Ok just to be clear this is not just about working out and losing weight or anything like that. This is about overall health. Being healthy is a combination of the old saying Healthy MIND, BODY, SPIRIT. T is all into the organic foods and feeding the C's healthy foods so to be a good example I am going to do the same. I already started running and trying to get ready for the July 4th 10k Peachtree Road Race, but now I am going to combine the running and the new Wii fit to get ahead of the game. With Resolution #3 being in full effect, that will help me keep a healthy mind and spirit. I am also getting close to the 1 year mark of not drinking any alcohol at all. I used to drink way to much and was probably a closet alcoholic truth be told. No more Cokes, just juice, water, sometimes sweet tea, and every once in a while coffee. Having this resolution will not only help me in the now but also in the future. I am not getting any younger and I need to make sure I take care of myself. You know T can't do it all alone and I know she needs me and the C's need me. So look out 2010, This Daddy is going to kick your ass and feel great while doing it.

Great take on this resolution. Having kids can really take it out of you. I was healthy for 3 years and then my son was born and it is like I simply forgot how to do it. Need to get back to it.
