Garage Box and Homemade CrossFit Equipment
So I got the 10 foot posts into the ground 2 feet and then poured the cement. I now have a pull up bar outside and supported by some heavy duty bolts. Now I can get my ass outside and work on some of the things that I need to work on.
I quickly figured out that if I wanted to get more PR's I was going to have to find a way to get some squats going and since my cleaning the bar technique isn't that great I needed to find a way to get that bar on the post.
Added extra long and thick hex bolts at an angle and deep enough to hold the bar. Now I'm not up to the super heavy weights yet so the two bolts are holding the bar fine.....FOR NOW..

Awesome. I might steal at least one of these. Ive been looking for a way to do pullups forever.
